CDC’s Chief Operating Officer is responsible for CDC’s Operations division that includes the legal, ESR, business integrity, development impact, OD/HR and communications teams.
The Business Services team are responsible for the smooth running of CDC’s offices, IT, Travel & Security and front of house operations.
The Business Integrity unit supports CDC’s investment teams as they assess business issues in potential new investments and supports the monitoring of CDC’s investment portfolio.
CDC’s Finance team manages financial performance, planning, cashflow, forecasting and budgetary control across CDC’s portfolio as well as developing and overseeing the implementation of CDC’s risk framework.
The Development Impact team works with CDC’s investment teams and investees to enhance, evaluate and demonstrate the impacts we achieve.
The legal team advises the investment teams on the terms of CDC’s investments and provides corporate counsel to the organisation.
The role of the OD/HR team is to help create the right environment for achievement and to attract and retain the best people so that we can achieve our mission.
The team assesses and monitors environmental and social risk across CDC’s portfolio of investments and provides advice to investment teams and partners on improving E&S standards.
Provides corporate communications functions and co-ordinates marketing across conferences, events and online platforms.
